The New American Home 2022
The New American Home 2022 design team focused on creating a more attainable design that can be reproduced in a variety of locations with a few small tweaks. The design’s priority was to deliver an attainable yet stunning home that emphasized a casual lifestyle. The kitchen features an oversized island ideal for everyday casual use. The main living space opens up to the interior courtyard with a beautiful outdoor entertainment area. Since the courtyard is modestly-sized, the garage is designed to become an extension of the entertainment area.
The second level features a large en suite with its own entry from the garage as well as a connected flex space. Every room in the home opens to the courtyard for a fully connected indoor/outdoor experience. An elevator near the front entry wine cellar leads to the third level rooftop deck, one of the main “wow” features of the home. This level offers prime entertainment with a full outdoor kitchen, expansive seating and spectacular views.
