Rick believes that the best success is the result of the best teamwork. To this end, he fosters open interaction between governing bodies, clients and subcontractors. And with over 27 years of experience in residential architecture throughout Arizona, he knows how to get things done on time and on budget.

Rick has managed all types of single family and multifamily development projects. As office leader in Phoenix, he oversees operations and coordinates with production and design leaders regarding design, land planning, production and day-to-day activities. He has an extensive background in project management, construction documents, staff management and field coordination. As Partner with BSB Design, Rick is also involved with local and national business development, working with the firm’s leadership team to establish operational practices and client service models that will ensure BSB’s continued growth and prosperity.
