University Park
BSB Design provided parcel planning for 12 distinct villages with a variety of product types and price points within the existing master plan of University Park. The primary goal was to maximize the value of all lots by taking full advantage of abundant natural foliage and the existing golf course layout. Strong emphasis was placed on view-oriented street layouts, creation and protection of existing water features and wetlands, and additional landscaping. Lot sizes range from small lots for duplexes to expansive wide lots for custom homes. BSB Design also designed a corporate project logo used on entry monuments and signage to reinforce identity throughout the community. Landscape concepts designed for all villages and model centers complemented the architecture and the natural beauty of the community.
