The Thoughtful Home
The concept of The Thoughtful Home dates back to 2009 when President and CEO of BSB Design, Dan Swift, realized he wanted to design homes that could truly transform consumers lives. Since then, he’s worked tirelessly to infuse floor plans with intentional elements that save homeowners time, make life easier and reverse aging.
The Thoughtful Home concept explores six key design principles: Convenience, flexibility, transition, security, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Features that highlight these principles include an oversized pantry with direct access from the garage, a private morning kitchen, laundry attached to the primary suite, workout space, flex rooms, a multi-gen suite, locked delivery storage and more.
