This LEED Silver three-story wrap apartment offers a convenient rental alternative for downtown commuters. On an infill parcel adjacent to a Metra train station, an innovative footprint disguises the overall scale to create the appearance of smaller, individual townhome buildings. The community features highly-detailed elevations, an integrated parking structure and an on-site club building. In addition to the architecture, BSB Design created the land plan and landscape architecture, which features several pocket parks, a putting green and a dog run.
