The Pier at Coastal Carolina Interiors

This four-story garden project houses nearly 600 students on 11 serene acres just to the west of Coastal Carolina University. The dynamic two-story amenity space embraces the coastal vibe and language of the beach pier with study and collaboration spaces overlooking the flex lawn and resort-style pool. Weathered wood, blue tones and exposed structural elements support areas that provide focus as well as opportunities to relax and unwind.
