Novus
The contemporary styling of Novus mirrors the vibrancy and dynamism of both the residents and the surrounding environment. The project aimed to create a higher density, urban-style community on the last parcel of an active TOD. The podium building design allowed the developer to surpass municipal parking and open space requirements. Construction efficiency was enhanced with building plate layouts and unit modules precisely designed within pre-fab framing parameters. This modularity introduced visual interest by manipulating offsets and varying building heights. Residents engage with their surroundings through extensive connectivity and a dynamic podium-level amenity core, while the interiors are infused with an unexpected sense of luxury characterized by rich tones, soaring volume, and distinctive fixtures.
