Garden Lofts

Garden Lofts is an income-restricted apartment complex with a high-end luxury feel. The elevation dressed up the corner of the entry to bring attention in, as well as C-shaped detail articulation to add movement. The larger and longer balconies were added to offer additional options for floor plans while also adding more depth.
The interior courtyard was kept simple to meet the project budget, but uses extra massing articulation to break up the flat surface. The interiors have high ceilings and bright natural lighting and amenities like a large clubhouse and a two-story fitness center are available for residents.
