The amenity spaces at Calligraphy Urban Residences are an integral part of the new apartment community in Brea, California, where the opportunity to enjoy a vibrant social scene and active lifestyle are strong selling points. We worked with the developer to create the working drawings and details for all of the amenity spaces including the main entry lobby and mailroom, leasing office, clubroom, fitness center, dog wash, rooftop terrace, parking garage and elevator lobbies. The team not only gave form to the conceptual designs provided by another design firm, they made certain that final details reflected the developer’s vision, finessing small but important decisions from lighting to finishes and fixtures throughout the spaces.
