Paul Gianni

Paul is a licensed Architect with more than 35 years of architecture experience. Specializing in multifamily architecture, he also has a broad array of project experience including residential, mixed use, hospitality, student housing, amenity spaces and parking garages. His daily duties include development and review of construction assemblies and details, organization of the multifamily project production team, building code and accessibility compliance review and value engineering.

Paul is a loyal fan of all the Chicago sports teams, although, he admits they have had disappointing results in recent years.
