Patrick Epplin, RA, ALA

Patrick has nearly 30 years of experience in the homebuilding industry and joined BSB Design in 2013. As Project Manager, he oversees teams working on large scale multifamily client projects in the Chicago region and across the country. Patrick brings incredible attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of the construction process to every project. His teams and clients benefit from his vast knowledge of local and regional code and jurisdictional nuances in major markets across the country. This experience helps him lead design teams and consultants toward maximum productivity and efficiency in creating comprehensive, accurate deliverables.
