Michelle Rothfus

Michelle has been with BSB Design for more than 17 years. Her expertise includes managing projects and providing training in the areas of communication, confidence, leadership and human relations. Prior to joining BSB, Michelle also worked for a professional training organization and a nonprofit organization specializing in case managing homeless women and presenting to the public and prison system. Her 28 years of experience combined with her passion make her an integral part of BSB Design’s onboarding, leadership and continuing education programs.

Fun Fact

Michelle and her family took a two-week vacation to Puerto Rico. She recalls that it was amazing to experience not only the many diverse and beautiful areas but also the culture, food, and adventuresome activities while having the opportunity to unwind, from home and work. She encourages everyone to use your vacation days and experience something extra ordinary!
