Kyle Richardson, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Kyle started his career 23 years ago designing high-end homes in the hills of Los Angeles and on the coast. His project experience also includes the renovation of a 1920s Ford Factory Building in downtown LA and Sketchers Corporation headquarters in South Bay. For the past eight years, Kyle has focused on multifamily housing as a Project Architect in the Los Angeles office. He is responsible for leading and coordinating projects, from initial design to construction completion, ensuring adherence to design objectives, managing project teams, and delivering successful outcomes.

Fun Fact

Kyle enjoys exercise for the mental health benefits and has biked over 25,000 miles on an electric bike. He has an eclectic love for all types of music but would like to have House music played at his funeral.
