Kathryn is Director of Regional Operations and is based in the Los Angeles office. Her 14 years of experience includes work on affordable and market rate multifamily projects, senior living and skilled nursing facilities. Kathryn is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects, coordinating with consultants, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results within scope and client satisfaction.
