Jim Williams

Jim Williams is Principal in Charge in the Los Angeles office and brings more than 20 years of design and management experience to the firm’s housing and commercial efforts. Through creative yet practical approaches to documentation and construction coordination, Jim helps the firm deliver successful rental and for sale housing, mixed use and even commercial and civic projects. As a natural communicator, Jim works collaboratively with clients, consultants and contractors to deftly navigate permit processing, consultant integration, construction documentation, and construction observation.
