Jim Stockwell

Jim has worked in the architecture and construction industries for more than 28 years, and his multifamily design experience includes high rise apartments, podium projects and garden style apartments. His projects range in construction from Type-3 to Type-5. During his career, Jim has worked as an owners’ representative with general contractors and architects. This provides him with a unique perspective of the multiple viewpoints to consider for each project and helps him strategize the most efficient ways to move projects through the construction phase. Jim strives to build and maintain solid team relationships to ensure the best outcomes for everyone involved.

Fun Fact

Jim was born in Denver, CO and, naturally, enjoys fly fishing, backpacking, and off-roading in his Jeep. He also has two daughters.
