Jerry Lietza

Jerry has more than 38 years of experience in the AEC industry and has been with BSB Design for the majority of his career, joining the firm in 1992. Much of his design and project work has been focused on multifamily communities, including a variety of building types and amenity programs. Jerry’s work ranges from garden style apartments to podium mixed use buildings, some with stand-alone clubhouses and some with integrated amenities. Regardless of product type, he designs and manages project work with a strong focus on client relationships and communication, ensuring each new development has the potential to achieve the vision of all stakeholders within budgetary and scheduling constraints. This service-driven, results-oriented approach makes him a valuable member of any project design team.

Fun Fact

Jerry and his wife Patty have three adult daughters. They enjoy many outdoor activities including taking long walks with their four Havanese dogs.
