Jennifer Pack, LEED AP Homes

In her role as Construction Phase Architect Jennifer reviews submittals, RFIs, and pay applications, provides site observation, and also completes specification writing. Throughout her career she has been involved in projects ranging in scope and scale and located across the country. She has extensive experience with a variety of construction and development companies, including national homebuilders, municipalities, and government organizations. Jennifer’s career path has allowed her to be involved in nearly every aspect of the development process, from entitlement, to coordination with local, regional and national governmental entities, to architectural design and now with a focus on construction administration that ensures BSB Design’s client projects achieve the highest level of success. She also has a widespread knowledge of HUD and affordable housing programs. Always a proponent of sustainability and eco-sensitive design, Jennifer has guided multiple projects through the LEED Certification process.
