Francisco Martinez

Francisco brings more than 20 years of professional experience to the team. From site preparation to building completion, he oversees each element of the design and construction process. His preparation includes developing, organizing and reviewing building plans, as well as preparing construction contracts for general contractors. He also prepares cost estimates and ensures that each project meets environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards.

During construction he makes site visits, monitors progress and ascertains whether phases of the construction process are in compliance with building plans and project deadlines. Francisco has a singular commitment to quality and has a thorough understanding of the various local agencies, particularly in the City of Los Angeles. The Cal Poly SLO Architecture grad credits his high level of client satisfaction to his expert knowledge of multifamily residential typologies.

Fun Fact

Francisco is happily married and has raised two adult sons, aged 22 and 26. He finds great fulfillment in dedicating his time to coaching a local youth baseball team, which is his favorite outdoor activity.
