Deena A. Roumeliotis, AIA
Deena has over 30 years of experience in multifamily, mixed use, single family and commercial projects. As Director of Production, Deena’s specializes in client relations, construction administration, schematic design, code research, value engineering, risk management and staff management. Deena enjoys working with clients and project teams to implement the client’s vision within budget and code constraints.
Fun Fact
After moving to Orange County, Deena discovered Vietnamese coffee frappe, which has since become her favorite beverage. She received her BA in English Literature and Languages prior to studying architecture and loves reading all genres – even code books.
