Chris McNamara

Chris has 25 years of experience in the single family architecture industry. As the National Single Family BIM Manager, he is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of BIM processes and tools for single family residential projects across all 12 BSB Design offices. Chris coordinates with project teams, architects, and engineers to ensure effective BIM integration, develops and maintains standards and protocols, trains production staff on BIM software, and oversees the quality and accuracy of BIM models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. He plays a critical role in improving collaboration, efficiency, and accuracy in the design and construction of single family homes through the use of BIM technology.

A native of Phoenix, Chris has two daughters, a dog and enjoys Mexican food.
