Charles Blake

Charles has over 20 years of experience in residential architecture with a focus on single family and townhomes. He has worked on projects throughout Chicago, Denver, Minnesota, Michigan and Ohio. Charles’s current role as a Project Manager focuses on managing projects from entitlement through the construction phase. He is additionally responsible for code reviews, scheduling, consultant coordination,
construction document creation and field coordination.

Charles has three kids and is active in coaching youth softball and baseball.
