After two decades in the industry, Adam transitioned to the healthcare sector before rekindling his true love for single family home design at BSB Design. His career journey has come full circle, and he thrives in an environment where work feels like a fulfilling and enjoyable pursuit. As a Senior Job Captain in the Charlotte office, Adam utilizes his 23 years of experience to deliver high-quality designs on single family projects.

Adam, a proud native of southwest Virginia, developed a deep appreciation for the great outdoors while surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of his home state. He enthusiastically embraced activities like camping, hiking, hunting, mountain biking, and white-water kayaking. With two decades of marriage to his high school sweetheart, Adam enjoys a fulfilling family life with three children and a loyal golden retriever by his side.
