TOSCANA ISLES POOL AND CLUB
Located on Florida’s Gulf Coast, BSB designed this community clubhouse to emphasize the beauty of its surroundings. Large, open spaces and high ceilings with oversized windows highlight views of the Gulf of Mexico. Adopting a horizontal design rather than vertical allowed many of the rooms to have access to the outdoors and stunning views.
FLATS AT AUSTIN LANDING
Just because a clubhouse is integrated into a multifamily building, doesn’t mean it should lack amenities or style. This modern, efficient clubhouse at The Flats at Austin Landing offers a theater room, business center, fitness center and community room. Residents will want to have their next party here!
THE LAKES OF VALPARAISO
The rustic yet contemporary clubhouse at The Lakes of Valparaiso fits the area and makes a beautiful getaway area for residents of the community. BSB Design included outdoor entertainment spaces near the pool, like a fire pit, so residents can go from swimming to sitting around a fire when the sun goes down. The flow within the clubhouse creates areas for entertaining and collaboration. In addition to ample natural light from many large windows, the interior lighting is a focal point in many spaces – keeping the area well-lit, fashionably, of course.
