Once home only to rundown warehouses, The Gulch has undergone a transformative journey, evolving into a sought-after area filled with shops, restaurants, housing and hotels. Creative Design Amidst Tricky Terrain
Challenges often spur creativity, and Haven At The Gulch is a testament to this notion. The building is situated on a small, trapezoidal-shaped lot, which required us to get creative. We happily embraced the challenge, crafting a 10-story podium that maximizes the site and captures breathtaking views of the surrounding cityscape.
The use of the I-B Prescient® digital design-build system, with its pre-manufactured light-gauge steel frame, allowed for efficient construction and added structural integrity to the building. This not only accelerated the construction process but also ensured a resilient and durable structure for the residents.

One standout feature of this courtyard is the cocktail pool with an acrylic wall, providing a mesmerizing glimpse of the downtown skyline. From soundproof music studios to co-working spaces, every amenity has been carefully curated to pay homage to Nashville’s artistic roots.
