This student housing project features a playful and vibrant streetscape in the heart of an established, otherwise traditionally-styled neighborhood. The community offers a variety of amenities including study rooms, game rooms, gathering spaces, dog wash station, bike storage and more.
Atop the parking garage are three recessed courtyards that soften the scale of the streetscape and offer areas where students can spend time relaxing and hanging with friends. The first floor offers non-traditional commercial spaces as required by the city. These include an art gallery leased by a local non-profit for $1 a month and a bike room occupied by a local collaborative.
