Belleview Inn
Belleair, FL
Originally built in 1897, the developer preserved a 1,750-ton section of Belleview Inn to serve as design inspiration for the new community. The inn was moved about 320 feet and rotated 90 degrees to align with the new site plan. Inside, much of the original building was preserved and other areas were updated to 21st century luxury standards. Now, the lobby and hotel rooms offer superior accommodations featuring architecturally detailed ceilings, elegant finishes and a touch of history. Belleview Inn also houses a history room, ice cream parlor, fitness room, meeting rooms and event space. The roof was restored to its original iconic green, and a resort-style pool was incorporated into the landscape plan.
