The team was wonderful in ensuring the project would be a success. They cared about all the details, planned ahead to avoid surprises, minimized change orders, but most importantly, they really cared about the residents that would end up living in the building. They took care and were thoughtful to make sure the project would be livable and give the residents an improved quality of life.

BSB Design has been very responsive, timely, and effective at translating our program and vision into permitted drawings that met our construction budget. The contractors are impressed with the solid set of drawings. We’re currently getting our first multifamily project built, the second is in permit review, and we are beginning to design our third project with BSB. Looking forward to many more to come!
